Machine Introduction:
Automatic High Viscosity Filling Machine is the new-generation improved volumetric filling machine which is suitable for filling liquid into bottles. The whole machine is linear structure and driven by the servo motor. Volumetric filling principle can realize the high precision of filling. It is controlled by the PLC, human interface and easy operation. The machine is equipped with electric scale weight feedback system which makes the volume adjustment easier.
Features:
1)The machine uses Delta components, central control system which is stable, safe and low consumption of energy.
2)Delta system and Double screw structure (PLC control,drives the transmission of screws) can make sure the high precision of filling. Cylinder off type pistons will make sure the cleaning of pistons.
3)Fast change-over between different sizes of bottles.
4)Combined with the development experience and market feedback, we develop the filling three way valves with the features of simple structure and good sealing. The three way valves are the patent of our company.
5)The solenoid valves on the filling machine are protected with visible
organic glass cover; this will avoid the damage to the electrical parts.
6)Casting filling heads which can be used for a long time.
7)The whole machine use the frame of Stainless Steel 304 that with
perfect anti-corrosion effect. The stainless steel cover and the toughened
glass door prevent the dirty air during filling from polluting the environment.
8) Contact material : material 304L, material box with mixing and
insulation, material box with universal cleaning head.
9)The cleaning pipeline of material box is separated from the
material pipeline
10)This machine is equipped with an automatic cylinder removal
mechanism to facilitate cleaning
