The piston filling machine drives the screw nut to move up and down through the rotation of the servo motor, while the screw nut drives the piston in the cylinder to reciprocate.When the piston moves downward, the three-way valve is closed, the material cylinder is connected with the material box, and the material in the material box flows into the material cylinder, When the piston moves upward, the three-way valve is open, the material cylinder and the material box are blocked, the piston squeezes the material into the discharge hose, and then enters the bottle to be filled through the filling head to complete one-time filling. After replacing a small number of parts and making appropriate corresponding adjustments, glass bottles and plastic bottles with different heights and diameters can be filled. It has high universality and wide application range.
