KYZF-4-1D Filling Capping Machine

1. Overview

This machine is a liquid filling and sealing equipment for 75mm³/150mm³oral liquid glass bottles, which can complete the functions of automatic bottle feeding, automatic filling, automatic capping and capping, automatic capping and locking. The method of feeding bottles with conveyor belt is adopted, and the quantitative filling with four plunger pumps is carried out on the conveyor belt. After the filling is completed, the bottles enter each bottle slot of the aliquot plate, and the aliquot plate moves intermittently, taking the bottles into the capping station, capping station and capping locking station respectively, and finally out the bottles to the conveyor belt for labeling in the next step.

The whole machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, equal disc positioning, plunger pump filling and capping, which is four knife type. Two knives roll the lower edge and close the mouth, and two knives roll the thread, which is convenient for adjustment and beautiful for mouth rolling; PLC control, touch screen operation, and the use of drip proof filling head to ensure that there is no worry about dripping, making the equipment more perfect and in line with GMP requirements.
