Product Description

The total unit includes:

   Introduction of each part:

1. Belt conveyor one set;
   Length:3000mm, width:400, made by stainless steel 304 and food grade rubber belt. It is used for conveying the 25kg bag to vacuum chamber.
    
2. Vacuum chamber with hot sealing device one set;
   This vacuum chamber is collected with one set of vacuum pump,please notice if the kraft paper bag attached with one layer PE film, the PE film should be thick enough, then the hot sealer inside the vacuum chamber can seal the kraft paper bag directly, but if the PE film is not thick enough, need manual pull down the kraft paper bag a little( now the kraft paper bag and the PE film bag is separated) ,the hot sealer only seal the PE bag.
    
   The vacuum pump we used is Becker brand from Germany,with a history of 20 years, their vacuum pump reach world-class level.
    
    
3. Sewing machine one set;
   Manual bag mouth arrangement and feeding to sewing. Auto Pneumatic cotton thread cutting.
