1.Control System
Adopt Taiwan Wecon 7.4-inch high-reliability true color touch man-machine interface. The screen in the man-machine interface adopts humanized design and adopts simplified Chinese menu display, which is simple and easy to understand. People who know Chinese characters can operate this interface proficiently after a few minutes of training.
2. Adopting Taiwan Eternal PLC control system with high performance and low failure rate. Make the accuracy higher and the failure rate lower.
3. The heating system adopts Hong Kong Aikes temperature control module, and through the man-machine interface display and operation, the display, operation and adjustment are simpler and more user-friendly.
4. Adopting Taiwan Yongheng's high-precision, medium-inertia servo motor drive system, and borrowing the arc interpolation technology of the CNC machining center, the running speed of the servo motor can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the running accuracy is plus or minus 0.2 mm, ensuring high-speed and high-precision operation.
2.Vacuum pump configuration

3.Frame structure
The whole machine adopts a frame structure, and all materials are assembled with food grade 3042B stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials.

The pneumatic part adopts the original Airtac solenoid valve and cylinder, and adopts the centralized combined valve island pneumatic system, which makes the operation stability and reliability higher. The independent automatic braking and tensioning system can ensure that the upper and lower films do not fall off and run off during operation, and ensure that the top and bottom films do not affect coding due to jitter when the chain is running at high speed.

4.Fault display and
