CBF-2000 Ultra-clean Fully Automatic Yogurt Filling Machine is the latest model carefully developed on the basis of drawing lessons from advanced technologies of domestic and foreign fully automatic liquid packaging machines. It can be widely used for filling various liquid materials such as beverages, fruit juice milk, peanut milk, etc. This machine adopts three-side sealing, the bag shape is beautiful and generous, the sealing is firm, and it is the **preferred equipment for packaging liquid materials.

 

Adopts stepper motor to control film feeding, film feeding is stable, optical mark positioning accuracy is high; adopts PLC control technology, can flexibly and conveniently adjust bag length (human-machine interface digital adjustment of film length), it is also very convenient for optical marks, greatly reducing the waste bag rate; the control circuit is greatly simplified, reducing failure points, making the whole machine performance more stable, convenient for use and maintenance; all parts in contact with materials and the shell, frame, are made of stainless steel, fully enclosed clean space, FFU air purification unit ensures the product meets national hygiene requirements; high-position gravity filling / quantitative pump filling, automatic hot stamping date printing, optical mark automatic positioning, ensures the product has a complete printed pattern.

8.  Film sterilization system, adopts non-attenuation ultraviolet sterilization
9.  Can connect to automatic CIP automatic cleaning system (can clean without dead corners, ensure all pipelines of this machine in contact with materials are cleaned, no material residue)

Filling system: This filling system mainly consists of material tank, breather, cleaning ball, automatic cleaning pneumatic butterfly valve, level gauge, discharge pneumatic butterfly valve, material tank volume not less than 50L, wall thickness 3mm, 4kg pressure resistance, ensuring automatic cleaning
11. All pipelines and pipe fittings are purchased from Liyang Sifang or Yuan'an Fluid
12. Welding adopts argon gas filling, ensuring weld seams without dead corners.
